It was reported to only happen with people that had an old dcd carrier cab installed. I flashed back to stock, called in & the tech and I tried a few things in the data settings, still got error 1012 and 67.
first things first dont click on the Update PRI Button under Settings Connections save yourself the trouble but if you have this is the tested method to get you back and running..does require a hard reset so make sure to backup your data first use the software in this link. RESTART if you need the ## codes that are reinstalled by using DCD carrier cab installed dcd carrier cab... navigate to windows/and delete that file RESTART..confirm your net still works...
Before you start Many LTE devices can run this update over Wi-Fi but if you're having trouble getting the update to start, or it fails before completing, you may need to disable Wi-Fi and enable data instead.
Also, make sure that you're in an area with good, strong signal when you try this update.

The update pri on that one changes your msl, and replaces your vision user id with the phone as modem id, among other things.
