The Girls creator defended Taylor's dating habits, explaining: 'I think that young woman…it's so hard.'I think about the relationships that I had in my early twenties and if they had been public, it would've been a disaster,' she continued.'And also, I mean, not to repeat age-old feminist points, but it's like you know, any male actor her age who's going out and dating is applauded and to just have a perfectly normal amount of romantic partners but to be held to impossibly high standards by the press, like it's just an unfair and unwinnable game.'Taylor's most recent romance included a fling with Tom Hiddleston that lasted a mere few months. So many of us are battling so hard just to get people notice us but she hardly needs to lift a finger.Perhaps it's her super sense and ability to make a nice hairstyle.
When asked how she wound up working as an intern for the show, Dunham said: 'She was interested and she was interning at HBO and they thought what if she comes a couple days a week to the set of girls.'She went on to say that because she was just 16 at the time time there were limits to what Malia could do on set, and what she could see.'We couldn't do graphic sex scenes around her,' said Jenni Konner, the executive producer of the show who was interviewed alongside Dunham on Monday.
So here is the deal with Taylor, if you agree to be in a relationship with her, and it doesn’t work out, she will write a song about you and the whole fiasco.
Her love life is an open book and is always under the scrutiny of the media.
And instead of concerning herself with dating famous guys, she seemed much more concerned with amassing a list of seriously famous BFFs (Lorde, Karlie Kloss, and Lena Dunham among them).
Which is why the rumors that her and EDM DJ Calvin Harris are an item have seriously piqued our interest (and already have us excited for the breakup song that will surely follow).
